The rustic Villa Laeta will delight you with its decoration in a style that combines wood and stone. The house was completely renovated in 2020, with only natural materials used in the renovation, thus preserving the original Istrian heritage. Barattone is an amazing, luxurious complex made of two exquisite villas; Casa Baratto and Casa Barattina. Both houses were built in the most elegant style using the lovely stone construction to emphasize Istrian traditional construction. The villas occupy a total of 1491 sqm and are situated on the 2930 sqm estate that offers a spa area, two outdoor pools, a fully equipped gym and a lot more. When it comes to the architecture of the houses, we adore the contrast between the stone walls and the big glass surfaces, thus combining the best from the traditional and the contemporary world. The interior design is, literally, to die for. A combination of antique wooden furniture with oriental rugs and the newest technologies and appliances is more than we can for. The dedication that the designers gave to the elegance, luxury and comfort while decorating both villas amaze us, and we are sure even the most demanding guests will get all they want, and more. 

Casa Baratto is a wonderful, luxurious poolside villa with sea view situated in Barat. This amazing house is one of the most perfect escape destinations we have seen. The luxurious villa is perfect for a group of 14 people, who are about to spend the vacation of a lifetime. The exterior of this magnificent place is a perfect balance between the traditional architecture and the modern construction techniques. The villa is surrounded by greenery, giving it a specially charming glow. The interior was decorated with the utmost care and attention, so every little detail is precisely as and where it should be. It is difficult to single out our favorite part. The comfort and light in the bedrooms seem heavenly, the antique furniture makes the house seem like a fairytale place, and the spacious living rooms appear to have stolen all the sunlight in the world. The villa shares a separate house where you can find the gym and the wellness center with the lovely Casa Barattina, part of the same estate. When we come to think about it, our favorite place here is absolutely everything! 

The wonderful Casa Barattina is a lovely, luxurious villa situated on an enormous private estate with a splendid sea view together with its big sister, Casa Baratto. This villa is the smallest, and of course, the most adorable one. It was built for a party of 8, with its four extraordinary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool is just what will make your day here special, since you can use it for a morning wake-up swim, afternoon relaxation or a refreshing night jump. The lovely covered outdoor dining room next to the pool is decorated like the old Istrian wine cellars, with a lot of original details and cozy armchairs. The main house is in fact a stone villa with beautiful blue windows, and the olive trees in the garden just add to the Mediterranean ambience. The house is equipped with top-notch appliances and the hidden gem of the house is definitely the wellness area with the fully equipped gym shared with Casa Baratto. 

The beautiful, luxurious villa Romana is a dream home built on a 1390 sqm property that ensures complete privacy while its guests enjoy all it has to offer. Built for a total of 11 guests, the 625 sqm villa is inspired by traditional Istrian stone architecture, and the pool is situated in the middle of the Mediterranean garden providing all the shade you will need during the hot summer days. The interior of the villa was decorated with great care and the interior designers had every little detail on their minds. The spacious, light living room opens towards the terrace through large glass doors, giving you an even more elegant sensation. Apart from the outdoor heated pool, the house features a sauna and a spa area as well, so even in case of a rainy day, you can enjoy this marvelous property to the fullest. 

The beautiful, modern villa 115 was built next to the heritage villas complex, its sisters villas 117 and 119. While the latter two are traditional stone Istrian houses, villa 115 was built in the contemporary style and it fits into the heritage ambient perfectly. It's simple, clean lines, emphasize its beauty and invite you to spend a perfect vacation. The villa can accommodate 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the rooms is completely adapted for people in wheelchairs, just like one part of the swimming pool. The villas exterior features a lovely, heated swimming pool together with the sun terrace, beach chairs and the solar shower. The garden around the house has a shaded corner, ideal for a light summer lunch or a fun dinner with friends. The interior of the house was decorated in contemporary design but using a lot of traditional materials like wood and glass which we especially love. The kitchen is full of light and invites you to make a delicious meal, using Istrian authentic food, and later relaxing over a glass of superb wine, whether in the living room or out in the terrace, that relates to the interior by a large glass door. 

Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The interior of the house has been completely renovated, keeping all the dimensions of the old building. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern house. Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the house. Villa 117 can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms. A swimming pool with salt water is situated on the terrace, together with the sunbathing area with solar shower. A large, shaded canopy and the grill are at your disposal as well. The interior of the house is equipped for all kinds of travelers, so you can find an old stone vault, under which you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine, a library to relax from everyday stress and a playroom for the youngest in the attic. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace. Electric bicycles are available for guests of the villa at an additional cost, with which you can explore the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants. Since villa 119, with a spa area, is situated right next to villa 117, you can rent both for maximum enjoyment.

The aim of the renovation was to preserve the beauty of the house, to show its history and development and finally to offer our guests the necessary comfort that a modern person needs and is looking for. It is ideal for guests looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether people are looking for peace and quiet from the stress of everyday life, whether guests are people who can do their daily work far away from the office and home. There is good internet connection throughout the property that can facilitate such activities. Villa 119 can accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms. The guests of the villa have the possibility of renting electric bicycles and exploring the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants. Villa 117 is situated right next to villa 119, which has a swimming pool with salt water, and there is the option to rent both villas together. 

Villa Parenzana, located close to the town centre and named after the former narrow-track railway that once connected Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, today Parenzana is a well-known bicycle track. Villa Parenzana offers its guests plenty of facilities and accommodation for a total of 10 people.
