The interior design is, literally, to die for. A combination of antique wooden furniture with oriental rugs and the newest technologies and appliances is more than we can for. The 175 sqm house is perfect for a party of 6, since it disposes with three bedrooms and es-suite bathrooms but can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The luxurious villa is perfect for a group of 14 people, who are about to spend the vacation of a lifetime. The exterior of this magnificent place is a perfect balance between the traditional architecture and the modern construction techniques. The villa is surrounded by greenery, giving it a specially charming glow. The interior was decorated with the utmost care and attention, so every little detail is precisely as and where it should be. It is difficult to single out our favorite part. The comfort and light in the bedrooms seem heavenly, the antique furniture makes the house seem like a fairytale place, and the spacious living rooms appear to have stolen all the sunlight in the world. The villa shares a separate house where you can find the gym and the wellness center with the lovely Casa Barattina, part of the same estate. When we come to think about it, our favorite place here is absolutely everything! 

The wonderful Casa Barattina is a lovely, luxurious villa situated on an enormous private estate with a splendid sea view together with its big sister, Casa Baratto. This villa is the smallest, and of course, the most adorable one. It was built for a party of 8, with its four extraordinary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool is just what will make your day here special, since you can use it for a morning wake-up swim, afternoon relaxation or a refreshing night jump. The lovely covered outdoor dining room next to the pool is decorated like the old Istrian wine cellars, with a lot of original details and cozy armchairs. The main house is in fact a stone villa with beautiful blue windows, and the olive trees in the garden just add to the Mediterranean ambience. The house is equipped with top-notch appliances and the hidden gem of the house is definitely the wellness area with the fully equipped gym shared with Casa Baratto. 

The beautiful, modern villa 115 was built next to the heritage villas complex, its sisters villas 117 and 119. While the latter two are traditional stone Istrian houses, villa 115 was built in the contemporary style and it fits into the heritage ambient perfectly. It's simple, clean lines, emphasize its beauty and invite you to spend a perfect vacation. The villa can accommodate 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the rooms is completely adapted for people in wheelchairs, just like one part of the swimming pool. Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The interior of the house has been completely renovated, keeping all the dimensions of the old building. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern house. Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the house. Villa 117 can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms. A swimming pool with salt water is situated on the terrace, together with the sunbathing area with solar shower. A large, shaded canopy and the grill are at your disposal as well. The interior of the house is equipped for all kinds of travelers, so you can find an old stone vault, under which you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine, a library to relax from everyday stress and a playroom for the youngest in the attic. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace.
