It’s surface of 95 sqm provides comfort and pleasure, while the property of 400 sqm features a lovely pool and a Mediterranean garden. We are quite convinced that a lovely rosemary scent by the pool is something anyone would enjoy. The covered terrace by the pool is there for everyone searching for shelter from the sun, and the barbecue you will find in the same spot is perfect for relaxing summer dinners. The interior of the house reveals a combination of traditional stone built with modern details and the contemporary kitchen. 

The beautiful, modern villa Median in Vodnjan is made for a perfect escape from your daily routine. This monochrome beauty is as gorgeous from the outside as well as from the inside. The outdoor swimming pool is situated in the middle of the garden and is a perfect wake-up call any time of the year. If you wish to relax and sunbathe after the dip, there are 8 modern sun chairs at your disposal. The interior of the villa is as luxurious as it is comfortable, so don’t panic if bad weather catches you during your vacation. The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms full of light and is ideal for a group of 8 people. The modern design is enriched with colorful details, and furniture made of wood. We love the blue doors and wooden mirrors, and the antique armoire in the living room is just enchanting. While the latter two are traditional stone Istrian houses, villa 115 was built in the contemporary style and it fits into the heritage ambient perfectly. It's simple, clean lines, emphasize its beauty and invite you to spend a perfect vacation. The villa can accommodate 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the rooms is completely adapted for people in wheelchairs, just like one part of the swimming pool. The villas exterior features a lovely, heated swimming pool together with the sun terrace, beach chairs and the solar shower. The garden around the house has a shaded corner, ideal for a light summer lunch or a fun dinner with friends. The interior of the house was decorated in contemporary design but using a lot of traditional materials like wood and glass which we especially love. The kitchen is full of light and invites you to make a delicious meal, using Istrian authentic food, and later relaxing over a glass of superb wine, whether in the living room or out in the terrace, that relates to the interior by a large glass door. 

Villa 117 is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The interior of the house has been completely renovated, keeping all the dimensions of the old building. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern house. Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the house. Villa 117 can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms. A swimming pool with salt water is situated on the terrace, together with the sunbathing area with solar shower. A large, shaded canopy and the grill are at your disposal as well. The interior of the house is equipped for all kinds of travelers, so you can find an old stone vault, under which you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine, a library to relax from everyday stress and a playroom for the youngest in the attic. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace. Electric bicycles are available for guests of the villa at an additional cost, with which you can explore the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants. Since villa 119, with a spa area, is situated right next to villa 117, you can rent both for maximum enjoyment.

There is good internet connection throughout the property that can facilitate such activities. Villa 119 can accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms. The guests of the villa have the possibility of renting electric bicycles and exploring the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants. Villa 117 is situated right next to villa 119, which has a swimming pool with salt water, and there is the option to rent both villas together.
